1250 KCL Bruiser
The Bruiser is a MFL designed, developed and manufactured machine intended to prepare grains and legumes for animal feed.
Unique among machines in this market is the roller size—over 600m diameter, giving the mill very high capacity—up to 50 tonnes/hour but also the ability to give a high quality flat rolled sample.
Also of note is the Bruisers ability to handle very high moisture content grains, not clogging the rollers and ejected via the large 250mm diameter auger and high capacity paddle elevator.
Kelvin Cave Ltd, the leaders in livestock foodstuff preservation and associated machinery are the sole distributor of the Bruiser in the UK market.
The 1250 Bruiser remains the best high capacity mobile mill for the contractor or large scale farmer, while the 600 Bruiser gives a flexible and more economical solution to the smaller operator.
The crushers can be equipped with specific features that meet customers individual requirements.

"From the start of our business relationship with MFL Engineering the quality of product they have produced for us has been first class. Our customers require high-output grain roller mills which will produce a consistent end product in the demanding environment of the farm. Mallinson’s traditional British engineering skills and their willingness to listen to and implement our ideas have helped us to maintain our position as market leaders in the field of on-farm grain processing and preservation. Our customers like the machines because of the simplicity of operation, ease of maintenance and extremely strong build quality and durability. We look forward to many more years working with this great British company."
